The CUESEF Publication Policy

As outlined on the bottom of the contract you sign in advance of the funding, the CUESEF Publication Policy states that:

  • All groups will publicize the donation of the equipment by CUESEF
  • This will be done by placing a notice on, or next to, the equipment itself
  • Any publication that the group puts out will have a review of the equipment and outline CUESEF's contribution in its next issue
  • Each group will work with the CUESEF website administrator and publications person to write a brief outline of the equipment and its use for CUESEF to publish on its website and in any other publication or promotional material
  • Each group will post a notice on its website of the existence of the equipment and CUESEF's contribution
  • If the group has any other way of promoting the equipment and CUESEF then it should do so
  • A picture showing how the donation has been publicized will be presented to CUESEF
