What CUESEF is, and does

CUESEF was set up as an endowment fund to provide Capital Purchases for projects including student groups and fourth year projects.

Funding

Funding is allocated once each term, to the sum of more than $25,000 per term. For a more in-depth explanation, please go to the funding page.

Goals

CUESEF has two fundamental goals, that lead to the same result. That result is to improve the quality of education for Undergraduate Engineering students at Carleton. The goals are as follows:

  1. in the short term; Provide for student's relief from large capital purchases required for their group that will assist in their out-of-classrom learning experience
  2. in the long term; Improve the quality of education for every Engineering student by funding a project on the scale of a building.
